As an admin, can I login as a user if they ever report problems?

In Microstrategy, I could set a backdoor password that would let me login as a client and test any issues as them that they might experience. I could see all their subscriptions and everything. In Looker I could ‘Sudo’, as Looker called it, as the user and do the same as I described above in Microstrategy. Is there a way that this can be done in Quicksight? I haven’t had the need yet, but just wondering in case it ever arises.

This feature does not exist on Amazon QuickSight. You can only change the role of your user from the different user roles we have to test.
