Assigning data points to specific location on a chart

I am looking to create a dashboard with QuickSight, using 200 unique data points. I want to create a table chart, and individually assign each data point to a specific category on the table itself. The data points are in seconds, but each unique data point corresponds to specific conditions in which those seconds are recorded. Is there a way to create a grid, and assign each data value to an area on the grid. It would be ideal if I could increase the “bubble” size based on the value of the data.
