Here, I order feedback from my users, segmented by rating and filtered by the tag “taste”. Each feedback has the following fields that are important to me:
feedback ID, rating, user id, supplier id
My goal is to create an SOP wherein any supplier who gets greater than a set number of negative ratings regarding taste (10 reviews in a week below 3 stars), an automatic notification or email sent out to the supplier and to the PIC at my company who ensures that the suppliers are doing a good job by right. I hope this explanation makes sense.
What sort of automations can be done with regards to this? Thanks!
