Hi @nlkreddy - Im not sure I understand your question. If you are trying to capture information about the visual or dataset to include in a support ticket, you should capture the URL (which contains the ID of the asset like the dashboard or analysis or dataset). Additionally if you use the menu on a visual and choose ‘Summarize visual metadata’ you will get a whole lot more information like the visual ID and all the IDs of the analysis/sheet/dataset/etc that will be helpful.
