I am currently using the Amazon QuickSight Embedding SDK version 2.9.0 in my Angular application to embed QuickSight dashboards. I am interested in capturing user interactions, specifically when a user clicks on a row in a table within the dashboard.

Yes, it did work partially. Can you please let me know which action to trigger on table on quicksight dashboard end so that I can listen to PARAMETERS_CHANGED event using the onMessageHandler. Also How can i pass dyanmic values so that those values can be fetched after listening to PARAMETERS_CHANGED event.

If you setup a navigation action on the visual, it allows you to set a parameter value upon selection/click:
