Background color for hierarchy layout pivot table

Hi Team,

I am trying to add the background color to one of the columns in my pivot table with hierarchy layout. However, I noticed that the out layer rows couldn’t be colored when formatting so.

Column 1 Column 2
Technology 30
Google 10
Apple 20

Say for example, I have one industry and several companies under the industry. When coloring the rows, only rows at company level is colored while the industry level doesn’t work. Is there any way I can format the higher level as well?

Thanks,

Hi @mmmzzss

@mmmzzss ,

Can you use the Arena and load a test data to show what is not working : QuickSight Arena -- An embedded instance of QuickSight within the QuickSight Community
