Being able to move/reorder data in Sankey diagram

Hi all,

Is there any way I can move my data around in a Sankey diagram? So far I have not been able to achieve it. I would like to be able to reorder the data points so it is more understandable for users.

Thanks in advance
Juan

Hi @Juan_Badal,
Sankey diagrams can somewhat be limited by the data that you’re using. Would you be able to elaborate a bit more on how you’d like to reorder? Could you provide a screenshot with your current diagram and what you are trying to achieve from it?

Thank you!

Hi @Brett ,

This is how my diagram looks:

It represents the flow of calls in a contact center through their different states.

Ideally I would like to be able to drag and drop to rearrange the data, but since I do not think this is feasible at the moment, I would at least want to try to put these:

which represent calls that are abandoned before being queued, close to the state where they are abandoned.

Thanks
Juan

Hi @Juan_Badal, here is the operating behavior of Sankey Diagram, unfortunately, you would have to adjust the data to fit the desired visualization.
