But usually I provide reports via PDF and there is no chance to add tooltip in PDF 
How many month do you display?

Weirdguy, any updates regarding this ask on your end? Currently i believe your ask is not possible at the moment to represent visually when the two values are like.
However have you considered a Stacked Bar Chart Combo?
