When a bookmark is created by a user, is the bookmark specific to the tab that was open when the bookmark was made, or does bookmarking save filtered values across the entire dashboard (all tabs)?

Bookmarks save the filters, parameters and views that are specific to you. You can also share this view with others. See here for details.

Thanks, but does a single bookmark save the filters/parameters/views across all tabs of a published dashboard or is a bookmark specific to a single tab in a multi-tabbed dashboard?

I tested it and can confirm that the bookmark saves filters in all sheets of a dashboard.
