Bug: Japanese is not inputted correctly in the fields of data set name and column name

When I input Japanese in name fields for dataset name or column name in edit page of data set,
Japanese is not inputted correctly as shown in the attached git images.

  • Keys to type : kakikukeko
  • Expected input value : かきくけこ
  • Actual input value : kあkいkうkえkこ

(The same bug occurs in the column name field. )

I don’t know where to report Bug. If anyone knows where to report it, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.
