BUG!? Removing applied filters on end user dashboards randomly?

We are experiencing a rather strange issue that a dashboard end user has reported.

We have a Pivot Table within a dashboard that provides per customer how much they are spending with us on a monthly basis, it has 8 filters applied to the Pivot Table. This works fine when first opening and all figures match with our system. But when the user changes some parameter controls or switches between sheets quickly, it can break this table? It looks as though it is disabling all the filters set and pulling every single bit of data from the dataset. For example, 1 of the tables should return only 1 result but after this bug happened it pulled 200,000+ results, but then when checking the filters on the analysis side none of them have been changed?

Has anyone else experienced similar or any pointers on how to fix this?

Thank you for letting us know. I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!”
