My goal is to build the Cost and usage dashboard powered by quicksight. We now have quicksight set up in another account in our organization (different from the one where the CUR files live).
I have read-only access to the CUR files on that account .
The question is : Will I ever be able to build the Cost and usage Dashboard (cross account) powered by quicksight as described below ( I have replicated this using a different account but using the same account ie not cross account and with a higher level of access) : New – Cost and Usage Dashboard powered by Amazon QuickSight (the instructions here clearly require billing console access ) .
With this level of access? or will I definitely need Console Access to quicksight (either on the same account or cross account) to be able to build it ?
