This bug was reported back in February here: Calculated field working on preview, but not in analysis

This previous thread has been archived so I cannot post there, but I am still experiencing this bug i.e. adding a calculated field to the dataset works fine in the preview, but just comes through as “null” in the analysis, whereas adding the EXACT SAME calculated field to the analysis works just fine.

Just wasted an hour trying to get this working but just looks like a bug. Any news on a fix for this?

I don’t have any news on the fix.

If you want, you can open up a support case.

Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
