Currently there is no feature that allows you to add annotation in Quick Sight so I will mark this as a feature request to promote visibility to the support team.
While AWS does not disclose their current roadmap or timeframes on potential features, I would suggest keeping an eye on the ‘What’s New’ section in the top section of the community.
