When I ask a question to Q, it sometimes gives an answer with visuals, which isn’t correct and it says ‘Q cannot answer this question.’ If we encounter a situation like this, can we return a message like ‘No Data Found’ or ‘No answers for this question’ instead?
Hi @adurai - When data is not present in the dataset for Q to respond, the expected behavior is for Q to respond with “Your question cannot be answered.” as shown in attached screenshot. If you are seeing certain repeated questions from your users that fall in this category, you can customize a response following the steps in this workshop Exercise 18.
