Cannot center the Title in visuals

Hi!

One week ago I created an Analysis in Quicksight and everything was perfect. I even migrated my analysis to other AWS Quicksight accounts. However, some days ago, I noticed that the title in all of my visuals was no longer centred (in all of the AWS environments). When I try to edit the title, it does not work. Even when I try to adjust the titles to the right, it does not work.

Here is an Example:

The title is adjusted to the left, however, when I try to edit it, it appears to be centred.
What can I do to solve this?

I’ve had the exact same issue pop up across all my dashboards today, and haven’t been able to find a solution.

If you need a dirty quick fix though, I did find that adding a bunch of leading blank white space to my titles carried through to the visual.

Takes some tinkering around to find the right amount of white space, and will probably need to be undone whenever this bug is fixed, but it’s the best workaround I’ve got so far.

Same issue here too, must be wide spread. Is there a way to notify AWS about this issue?

Thank you for letting us know. I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!

This issue seems to be more widespread than just affecting individual users. Any idea if it’s a known bug / on the radar to be worked on?

I have the exact same problem since recently, so I assume it affects more user.

Thanks for raising the issue and it got resolved on 23-Jun .

If you still need support on this issue, please create a new question topic. Thanks for posting your questions on the QuickSight Community Q&A Forum!
