On some of my Analyses, Free Form mode seems to work fine. (i.e. I can click and drag visuals around, resize them, overlay them on one another, etc.) But on other Analyses, every time I try to move a visual, it snaps back to it’s original position (acting like tile mode). And if I try to resize a visual, it gets minimized and moved to the far left of the screen. I’ve confirmed all sheets are in Free Form mode. Any idea why some Analyses would act like this?
did you click “apply” button after chosen “free-form” layout? if the problem still exists, I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
