My AWS account is stuck in an incomplete Amazon QuickSight Enterprise signup.
The QuickSight console auto-opens Enterprise signup and refreshes on Create. Page Reloads Without Progress! In console there load of errors show,
Errors include:
“Account does not have subscription to AmazonQuickSight”
DescribeManagedApplicationInstance returns 404.
I am logged in as the root user and using us-east-1.
Please reset QuickSight onboarding / subscription state for my AWS account
so I can complete signup.

Understand this error
platform-vendors.bundle.a868fdf62d3e89e3.68.js:2 Matched leaf route at location “/sn/console/signup/enterprise?selectedAuthMethod=quicksight” does not have an element or Component. This means it will render an with a null value by default resulting in an “empty” page.
