We have some quicksight dashboards embedded in our app, but we can’t export them to CSV using Safari browser, in Google Chrome it works fine.
We didn’t get any error, apparently the export process finished successfully but the file save dialog is never shown.

I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
Is this issue with a specific visual (e.g. large pivot table) or does it never work, even for visual with little data?
@Tatyana_Yakushev Thanks for asking, that happens with any visual, in google chrome it works fine, the problem occurs in Safari.
