Hi All. I am trying to schedule a dasboard however there is no option to choose an email recipient.
Can anybody please help?
Even if I choose send to all in this account still I am not getting the email.

Hi @Muciarone - Welcome to AWS QuickSight community and thanks for posting the question. Can you please check couple of things.
Ideally the owner and co-owner email id should be put by default.

I realised that I was using a federated account as admin, I did share the dashboard with my user as Owner and yes, I could see the email recipient box, Thanks for that.
However, I also faced another issue where I schedule the report but I am not getting it in my email.
For some Author users the email gets delivered by for some not? Have you got any idea why?
Hi @Muciarone - Are you facing any error while sending the report. If not, please check the others or spam email, sometime QuickSight report send the report to Spam or other.
If there is no luck, please raise a ticket to AWS Customer support team so that they can validate the issue by screen share and also check internal logs . To raise the ticket, please follow the link - Creating support cases and case management - AWS Support
