In a scatterplot chart with detailed tooltips, the Y axis field is displayed in the detailed tooltip when hovering (which we do not want) despite not appearing in the “Fields” under the Tooltip dropdown together with the other fields we do want to display. We would like to have the Y axis field not appear in the detailed tooltip, but as it doesn’t show up in the Tooltip dropdown under “Fields” we are not able to remove it. Could anyone let us know if this a known issue, and is there a way to fix it please?
As we need to display several other Fields to users, we need to use Detailed Tooltip instead of Basic Tooltip.
The Y-axis field that we do not want to appear in the Detailed Tooltip is not being displaying in the Fields list in the Detailed Tooltip dropdown which you showed an example of in your note. This means we are not able to hide or remove it from the Detailed Tooltip, which is the issue we are hoping to resolve.
Have others experienced this issue, and is there a way to fix it?
