In the Q bar, we have two prompts - ‘Suggested Questions’ and ‘What’s in topic name.’ I see the fields being used in the topic, but I want to categorize Dimensions and Measures separately in the ‘What’s in topic name’ section in QuickSight.
How can I do that?

As far as i know, it is not possible. what’s in topic name does not necessarily mean that it will show or bring all the measures or dimensions in the list like you may see in the analysis or dataset. It may just show fewer items and can even have items or fields similar to field names but does not have exact name in the fields.
I think its kinda of information to end /business users who may not necessarily know the meaning of dimension or measures which could be very technical.
