we have a dashboard containing embedded images. These images are stored in S3 and accessed through a CloudFront distribution. The issue we are having is that after we change the image in S3 and have CloudFront to load it again, Quick Sight still shows the old image. Opening the CloudFront url shows the new image, but embedding it in Quick Sight shows the old one.
I assume there is some caching then in Quick Sight, and wonder if we can change the behaviour? Our goal is to have dynamic images in Quick Sight that we change by overwriting files in S3 and have Quick Sight load in the new files.
Quick Sight is accessing the image which is stored in CloudFront. When you say “Quick Sight still shows the old image” , is this after refreshing the dashboard.
Before I ask you to log a support ticket, is it possible to record this behavior and upload a gif ?
