Changing colors on columns using conditional formatting

Hi, I am working on changing colors on the difference column according to the value. Basically if >0, then green, if <0 then red.

But I am not sure why the color is not changing (still black) for the upper level. Is there a way to make the whole column have colors?

to have also totals and subtotals be colored, you have to select it from the menu for each color condition:
