Clear Selection with setParameters

I have a custom UI dropdown that replaces a multi value filter, I can set the value from the my custom component but when trying to clear the selection (setParameter({ [property]: [] })), the change is not reflected in quicksight dashboard, is ignored instead.

Is there a way to clear the selection from a custom filter? basically the opposite of “[ALL]” Using parameters in a URL - Amazon QuickSight

Note: I’m using amazon-quicksight-embedding-sdk

We have run into the same issue where we cannot clear an array parameter that was set using the setParameters. Did you find a solution to this issue?

Thank you for letting us know. I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
