Clicking on one visual filtering visual from different dataset and different fields

is there any hack to filter a visual which is from a different data set by clicking on a visual which is from a different data set when they do not have any common fields?
Basically click on this stacked bar chart (100%) to filter out records on a table visual based on some rule where both are from different visuals

maybe you can use a parameter and a navigation action instead of filter action?
