Conditional formating to grouped values in collapsed view in pivot tables

Hello all

I am buiding a pivot table that groups information in two dimensions and then shows a value cell (Nivel 4 in my example).

I would like to apply a formatin condition to the “Nivel 4” value field so it is red if the value is >=1. I have applied the formatin condition but the format is only shown if the pivot table is 100% in expande mode

As you can see rows that are not expanded, format condition is not applied, even the condition is matched.
Is it possible to get the formatin condition applied to the same column in collapse mode, or it only works at row level when table dimensions are fully expanded??

Thanks a lot

Hello Jlabuelo,

First of all Welcome to the QS community.

By default the conditional formatting is only applied to the values in Pivot table. you need to apply to subtotals or totals as well to see if its applied during de-expand. see below

Hope this helps.

Hello Deep

Thanks so much for the answer!.

It works fine! Did not see that option, neither in the documentation.

Regards!
