On quicksight I have created a joined dataset, the two source dataset are in SPICE. The two sources are pulling data from different redshift clusters at scheduled interval of 15 minutes each. If the two SPICE datasets are updated (data is pulled from the redshift cluster in the SPICE dataset) will the joined dataset be updated automatically? or do I need to setup refresh interval for the joined dataset.
Hi @hsurolia – Joined datasets in Quick Sight will not automatically refresh based on source dataset refresh schedule. When datasets are joined in Quick Sight, the result is stored as a new SPICE dataset which requires its own refresh schedule.

Okay! And on SPICE dataset we can’t configure incremental refresh right?
