Does AWS QuickSight free version allows connecting to local PostgreSQL. If its possible how?

My postgreSql is in local means desktop version. Does it allow to connect in free Quicksight version?
There is no difference in “free” or paid version, as it is only free for 4 weeks.
But in theory it should be possible but i think it requires some additional setup because QuickSight cannot directly access local databases due to its cloud-based nature. You’ll need to expose the local database in a secure way that QuickSight can reach.
