Create "N Value" And Showing Data Base on Filter

I have a 3 column;

  • col 1: Central Branch
  • col 2: Branch
  • col 3: Sub Branch

I need to showing all column on table base on 3 filter (filter col1, filter col2, filter col3), but how to create a custom field or create “N Values” ​​that can display data when filter is selected?
