Is there a way to create a dashboard using an existing large sharepoint excel file ?
Hi @Satya_Nemana and welcome to the Quick Community!
I think you may be able to do this through a SharePoint Integration. I would refer to this resource on further info on the integration and how to perform the integration (Microsoft SharePoint integration - Amazon Quick). Try this out and let me know!
Hello @JacobR I’ve tried that path, but it only creates a knwoledge base, but not helping with creating the dashboard
Hi @Satya_Nemana ,
So upon further research, I do not think it is possible for either a sharepoint integration or a sharepoint knowledge base to be a data source. The screenshots below are currently the only supported data sources:
As you can see, sharepoint is currently not a supported data source option. Moreover, since creating an analyses is dependent on having at least one data source, I do not think it is possible for Quick to pull a data file from sharepoint and use that as a data source. You unfortunately will most likely have to download the file locally on your computer and then you can upload it directly to Quick as a dataset.
Since sharepoint is not a supported data source, I will attach the ‘feature-request’ tag to this post to help increase visibility to the Quick Team.
