Creating table by removing same values in the column and make it one big column value

Hey Community,

I am creating a report where I have to show the IVR activity and table is as follows:

ss1Dragon
ss1Dragon919×459 83.3 KB

I want to convert the contactid that are same into one and phone number into one big row for all the values. so that it does not repeat in the table.
How can I achieve this in quicksight?

hello @musama not sure I got it right but you could use pivot and get the table in the format you need using Hierarchy layout? cheers

Hey @Franc3sc0 Thanks Man. I was getting confused. But instead of hierarchical report I wanted Tabular report and pivot does give me thi. You were a great help.
