When a visual like a bar chart is exported to CSV, the columns show the field names instead of the custom labels added to the visual. I think it will be better to show the custom labels instead.
I am also getting same issue, Is there anyone can help on Export to csv naming conversation ?

Hi @David_Wong, I tested exporting a bar chart to CSV and the custom labels were exported, so I am not sure why the behavior you are experiencing is different. I will tag this post as a bug.
If you are still facing this issue, I would suggest that you log a ticket so the technical team can debug the issue.
If you have access to the AWS console of the AWS account where you’re using QuickSight, please see these instructions on how to raise a support case.
If you do not have access, you’d need to ask whoever manages your AWS account for you to raise a support ticket.

I have exported my visual and its exporting default field name
