Custom coloring to horizontal bar chart based on some conditions

I have a horizontal bar chart , it shows the success rate across different regions . i want to color it based on some condition like success rate >90% color with dark green , success rate >70% color with orange and success rate <=50 with red .
success rate : countIf(Status,Status=“SUCCESSFUL”)/count(Status)

How to colour bars based on if the median is above or below threshould
