Custom filter on the data using contain condition

Hi, So I started of with my Quicksight journey. Straight up to my question. I have a custom list that the data needs to filter on. Example: I have 10 columns and 5000 rows. There is a column called “study” which are clubbed in one row in this fashion → [‘cancer’,‘lung disease’,‘genitals’,‘kidney’].Now I want to decouple all these and use like custom filter. When a user selects either of these, It must retrieve the data that contains user selected dropdown. So If I am a user - I selected lung it must map with the above list and get the corresponding data. How do I perform this operation?
