Is there any way to do custom sorting on both axis (X & Y) of Heat Map Visual ??

no you cant. Only on the axis fields itself

Is there any solution for this - in this new version?
I have one column that I would like to use for naming of the axis and another one that will sort it - similar of what we can do with the pivot tables. But in the heat map it does not appear this options
