How do I get this fixed?

As this is a public forum, setup for Quick Sight users to assist each other with general questions to assist with building and design features. Community users do not have access to private account information so therefore would not be able to assist with this type of error.
If you have admin access (so that you can edit the analysis), please provide some information on the fields being used, as well as any filters or parameters that may be affecting the visual as well.
If you are not the owner of the dashboard, I would suggest reaching out to whomever is the admin for your Quick Sight account so that they can assist with updates that may be needed.
