Dashboard Migration from Dev to Prod

Hi everyone, I migrated a dashboard from dev env to prod in the quicksight. One sheet of the dashboard does not shows any data but rest of the sheets are working fine. Datasource has data in it. This dashboard’s previous version is using same datasources and all the sheets in that version is working fine. Has anyone faced issue like this before? any solution?

Hi @Ronit - Welcome to AWS QuickSight community and thanks for posting the question. Can you please validate the calculated fields to ensure those are working fine. Just ensure the changes made with the new version for that sheet something is not breaking. Also if you are facing any error, share the error details to guide you as well.

For this kind of issues, i will suggest to submit a ticket to AWS Customer support team so that they can see the issue in screenshare and provide you the solution. To raise the request, please follow the below link - Creating support cases and case management - AWS Support
