Data ingestion failure - Databricks connection

Hi quicksight community,

I have been occasionally experiencing failure on refreshing my spice dataset connected to databricks.

These refreshes were fine when I manually refresh right after.
Anyone else using databricks connection experience these issues? I am thinking about setting up lambda to trigger an automatic re-try when it fails, but just want to see if anyone have other suggestions. Thanks!

Hi @zoomjin - Thanks for the question. What is the cluster type you have used at databricks side. Can you try with all proposed cluster to ensure the cluster is available all the time.

Also it will be good if you submit a ticket to AWS customer support so that they can verify the details from backend as well.

Regards - Sanjeeb

Hi Sanjeeb,

The cluster is serverless. What is process to submit AWS customer support for the failure?
