Hi,

I’m getting this error when trying to join two datasets together.

It doesn’t appear on the list of error codes during data import. It seems to indicate that the source files are simply too big. How large can the source files be to do a join in Quicksight?

Here is the documentation, Ben. I’d recommend reducing the size of the dataset using SQL prior to pulling the data into Quicksight.

Looking at the documentation, I can confirm that neither of the SPICE datasets I’m attempting to join exceed the quotas for SPICE.

Thank you for letting us know. I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
