Creating a data story with Amazon Q in QuickSight - Amazon QuickSight.

Hi, would like to have a clarification whereby the data story documentation mentioned there is an option to upload files. However, my free trial account does not show the option as shown in image 2. Is it because the account is free trial author pro?

Hello Muhammad,

First of all Welcome to the Quick Sight community and also Happy New year.
If i am not mistaken, the feature you are looking for is in preview and you may need to explicit enable it.

May be after this you should be able to add documents to story.

Let us know how it goes. The feature may not be available in all the region yet.

I have enabled Amazon Q Business in Security and Permissions.

But when I am trying to create a story based on uploaded document, I got errors. Do you know how to solve this issue? Thank you in advance.

Hello Muhammad,

To be honest, i am not sure, try with relevant documents including some visuals and uncheck ’ use insights from amazon Q business’ and see if that helps. since you are uploading the doc here and not referring to doc available in Q business application.
