Dataset refresh time in a.m

Until a few months ago, I could set dataset refresh time in a.m.
But recently I can only set dataset refresh time in p.m. It can’t change to a.m. when I click that button. If I set that time 06:00 then it accept that “6:00 PM”

It’s not just me, my colleagues are having the same problem.
