Difference between Mobile App and regular QuickSight versions

Hello everyone.

A colleague of mine who is working on a project where users access Dashboards through Mobile App or iPad approached me with the question that he is not able to customize table (hide some columns for example) while opening it through Mobile App. My question is - is this a standard behaviour or a bug? Is there a way to fix it?

There are a number of features that may differ within the mobile app as it’s designed to operate in a different manner due to screen sizing. Layout often appears different so that it can be more digestible in a smaller format through the app and therefore may lack some of the standard features.

Additionally, this customization feature was just rolled out around two weeks ago so it’s a fairly new feature to the standard UI (so therefore the mobile app implementation may follow after).

I wouldn’t say it’s a bug, but I will tag it as a feature request to promote visibility to the support team for consideration of implementing in the mobile app as well.
