Hi Team,

Is there any ways I can disable the email notification when ever I share QuickSight Analysis or Dashboards to another account.

Hello Priya,

You can share an analysis with one or more other users by emailing them a link, making it easy to collaborate and disseminate findings. You can only share an analysis with other users in your Amazon QuickSight account. NOT other Account. More info here - Sharing Amazon QuickSight analyses - Amazon QuickSight
Similarly - You can share dashboards and visuals with specific users or groups in your account or with everyone in your Amazon QuickSight account. More Info here Sharing Amazon QuickSight dashboards - Amazon QuickSight

Hello Priya,

I guess you would need to categorised users in group to avoid email notification. The users that you have shared the analysis with get emails with a link to the analysis. Groups don’t receive invitation emails.
