Is there any way to disable the change in colour of the graph/chart when we bring the cursor on it and when the tooltip appears. I just want to disable the colour fading/darkening but still keep the tooltip

This highlighting effect on the hover of the chart section helps users focus on the area being viewed. Imagine viewing the same pie chart with multiples slices without this effect. It would be hard to know which slice is currently being viewed. Any specific reason why you would want to disable it?
