How to display dashboard with only column headers when not received any data from Redshift dataset.

Hi @Puneet_Zain and Welcome to the QuickSight community!
Unfortunately, there is currently no work around for this. Since the visuals rely on the data as the building blocks per say, the visuals will have no way to compile without data and will result in a ‘No Data’ sign.
Having the ability to populate visuals without data would be a nice addition so I’ll mark this as a feature request.
