I assume I need to use a combination of a Parameter and Calculated Field, but I cannot figure out the Syntax. Thanks

This would need to be done by using a parameter. Once, you’ve setup your parameter, when editing the Title, you’ll receive an additional column on the right side that has your available parameter options. Click the desired one to add:
You can also do this with a text box:
If you’d like to add as a column header in a table/pivot table (or to use as an x or y-axis title), you can also input like the following:
<<$Parameter Name>>
