Hi Quick Sight Community members,

I recently learned about Amazon Q Business and its capabilities for integrating Gen AI into dashboards. I have a question regarding the cost of Amazon Q Business Pro, which is listed as $20 per user.

Does this cost apply to each user accessing the dashboard (e.g., if 20 users access the dashboard, the total cost would be $400)? Or does it only apply to the number of accounts involved in building the dashboard (e.g., if 4 different user accounts are involved in building the dashboard, the total cost would be $80)?

Based on the pricing guide, 4 Quick Sight users with reader pro accounts would cost $80/month to view those dashboards.

My understanding is that you are only paying the pro pricing for specific users based on user type. Not on the dashboard level.

Just to add to this you must be aware that a monthly USD 250 Q enablement fee is charged the moment a Pro account is created in your account.
