Hi Team,
I have a dash, which has a view of about 70k rows and 90 columns. I am not able to download the data as csv/xlsx file, even if I add some filters it’s failing to download. I know 1M rows is the limit, Is columns the reason I am not able to download the data ?
Any insights would be great.

Referring to the attached article below, the limit is 500 MB or 1M rows, whichever limit is reached first. Is it possible that this instance equates to something larger than that?

Hi, I don’t have any of those constraints, still not able to download. Any other reason that might cause this problem?

Are you receiving any type of specific error that’s implying what the issue may be related to?
I would suggest that the best alternative for this case would be to create a support case with the AWS team.
