Drop downs stop working

I’m not a builder, just a user with limited tech knowledge. I continue to lose the ability to use drop downs in certain Quicksights. They work one week, and then my search function goes away eventually. I have now lost the ability to filter via drop downs or search in several, while still having that ability in several others. I have cleared all cookies and cache, and to my knowledge I haven’t changed any settings.

Did you speak with the dashboard builder? Maybe the function was removed by the dashboard builder?

The function is still there - others are able to access it.

please contact your dashboard builder and show them what changed.
It can have multiple reasons like "Show only relevant values” for filters or a row-level-security. To name just two.
